  • ½ a ripe pineapple
  • 100 g dark chocolate
  • 15 g mixed freeze-dried berries
  • Popsicle sticks


1. Cut the pineapple into slices approximately 1.5 cm thick. Cut each of the pineapple slices into 2 triangles and put them onto the popsicle sticks through the skin side. Then allow the pineapple to freeze for 3 hours on a board covered with foil.

2. In the meantime, chop the chocolate into pieces and melt it in a bowl over a pan of gently simmering water. Dip the frozen pineapple slices into the chocolate and sprinkle with the berries.
