Dole Ireland’s infrastructure sets us apart. For a start, we have a truly national network of depots, thirteen in all. No matter where you are on the island, there’s a Dole Ireland “depot on your doorstep.” We’re absolutely unique in that respect. If yours is a stand alone business, there’s a local Dole depot nearby with local management hungry and appreciative of your custom. For those operating multi-site businesses, Dole Ireland can deliver a single-supplier fresh produce solution across the 32 counties, one administered centrally but operated locally.

It means preference is given to home grown fruits & vegetables whenever it is possible to do so. Our relationship with many Irish growers dates back generations and we are proud to provide technical, commercial, marketing, promotional, packaging, logistical and financial support to local producers as we collectively work to raise the bar ever higher in Irish horticulture.

The Grá brand is exclusively used by Dole Ireland to promote local produce. Products are sourced from experienced and accomplished local growers from across Ireland. The wide range of Irish products includes strawberries, apples and herbs. Con Traas is a second- generation apple farmer, located just outside Cahir, County Tipperary in Ireland.
