Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. DOLE® Chopped Sesame Asian Kit
  • 2 cups diced papaya
  • 3/4 cup cooked red quinoa
  • 1/4 cup dried cherries
  • 2 tablespoons salted pumpkin seeds

Directions

  1. Combine salad kit ingredients with papaya and quinoa.
  2. Divide the salad between four serving bowls then top with dried cherries and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Tip: You can add dried cherries right out of the bag or soften them for a few minutes. Bring water or juice to a boil, add the cherries, and they will soften before your eyes.
