Ingredients
- 2 large handfuls of DOLE® GO Organic! baby spinach
- 1 DOLE® GO Organic! ripe pear, thinly sliced
- A small handful of walnuts, roughly chopped or toasted
- Optional: crumbled feta or goat cheese
- For the dressing:
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice or balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Method
- Whisk dressing ingredients in a small bowl.
- Toss spinach, pear, and walnuts in a large bowl.
- Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
- Add cheese if using.
