Ingredients

  • 1 DOLE® Banana, peeled and frozen, cut into chunks
  • 2 cups DOLE Blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 8 oz. lowfat Greek yogurt
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

1. Combine banana, blueberries and ginger in blender or food processor.

2. Cover; blend until finely chopped. Add apple juice and yogurt; blend to combine.

3. Add ice cubes; blend until slushy.
